Salary: £42,170 – £49,387 (depending on neurological experience)

The Opportunity
My client is looking for an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join their specialist neurological rehabilitation service in the West Midlands. Working across two sites, you will provide high-quality rehabilitation for individuals with complex neurological conditions through both individual and group therapy sessions.
You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting residents through slow-stream rehabilitation and long-term maintenance to maximise independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Complete specialist neurological occupational therapy assessments.
Develop and deliver individualised treatment programmes.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
Promote independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Minimum of 4 years’ post-registration clinical experience.
Experience in neurological rehabilitation.
Knowledge of upper limb splinting and rehabilitation programmes.
Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Desirable:
Experience with MOHO and Vona du Toit’s Model of Creative Ability.
Mental Capacity Assessments and DoLS experience.
Group therapy experience.
