Availability Window
Applicants must be available during the following periods: Tuesday 09:00‑20:00, Friday 13:30‑20:00, Saturday 13:30‑20:00. We schedule contracted hours within these times and give three weeks’ notice of shifts.
Pay
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you’d like to work fewer hours (minimum 12), we have opportunities for this too.

- Build rapport with customers so they leave with a great shopping trip.
- Initiate decisions that are right for customers.
- Work well in a team and communicate openly.
- Build relationships with colleagues, fostering team spirit.
- Be on time, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, creating memorable experiences.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Age requirement: Must be 18 years or older. Candidates must have passed school leaver’s age applicable for the country.
- Eligibility for working early or late hours, warehouse or specialized roles as required.
