Band 5 Community Nurse – Neighbourhood Team

Salary £21 for weekdays, £25 for Saturdays, and £29 for Sundays and Bank Holidays

We currently require a Band 5 Community Nurse for the Seacroft Neighbourhood Team in the vibrant city of Leeds. With immediate start available, this ongoing role offers flexibility with full-time and part-time hours Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1600, and potential weekend shifts. You will earn an hourly rate of £21 for weekdays, £25 for Saturdays, and £29 for Sundays and Bank Holidays, all under an umbrella rate.

What you will do:

  • Provide expert wound care, including managing complex wounds and compression bandaging such as actico.
  • Manage both female and male suprapubic catheters with confidence and care.
  • Conduct regular observations to monitor and assess patient health effectively.
  • Deliver compassionate support to palliative care patients and their families.
  • Perform thorough assessments to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Using your car driving skills, travel within the community to deliver essential services and build strong patient relationships.
