INTERIM HEAD OF RECRUTIMENT

Hybrid ( 3 days onsite, 2 from home)

Circa £600 per day

** You must have experience with Talentlink and i-Trent to be considered

We are working with a London council to find a strong Interim Head of Resourcing who can hit the ground running in a strategic, senior management role.

You will manage a team of 4 and act as the recruitment lead for the council addressing recruitment issues and blockages in the process so ideas on how to streamline this would be welcome

Experience of working in a complex environment that requires Safeguarding in Recruitment is essential as well as employment law knowledge when it comes to contracts

This role is a minimum of 3 months and you need to be able to start asap
