This is an opportunity to step away from fee-earning practice and move into a people-focused position within the firm’s Global Professional Development function.
To give you a feel – some of the responsibilities will include:
• Supporting associate development, performance reviews, and career progression
• Working with partners to ensure consistent developmental feedback
• Collaborating with staffing teams on matter allocation aligned to development needs
• Supporting onboarding, training, and professional development programmes
• Helping strengthen the cohesion and effectiveness of practice groups
This is a chance to make a real impact on the development of associates in the London Corporate Group – shaping careers and strengthening the wider practice.
