PROJECT MANAGER – LONDON BASED – PERMANENT
A leading independent construction consultancy in London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its growing Project Management team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across Commercial Offices, Residential, High-End Residential, CAT A & CAT B Fit-Out, Hotels & Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, Industrial & Logistics, Data Centres, Healthcare, Mixed-Use Developments and Student Accommodation (PBSA).

The Role
You’ll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, managing feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover.
Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you’ll oversee programmes, budgets, procurement, risk and stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have consultancy experience in the following sectors:
- Commercial Offices
- Residential & High-End Residential
- CAT A & CAT B Fit-Out
- Hotels & Hospitality
- Leisure
- Retail
- Industrial & Logistics
- Data Centres
- Healthcare
- Mixed-Use
- Student Accommodation (PBSA)
- Experience across both pre and post-contract delivery
Desired Qualifications but not essential:
- Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related discipline
- MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership
- Good knowledge of JCT contracts and construction procurement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
