Commercial Property Senior Associate – Central London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate to join a highly regarded law firm in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful and growing Commercial Property team, acting for a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, landlords, tenants, corporate occupiers and high-net-worth individuals. The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied and high-value caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
- Landlord and tenant transactions, including the negotiation of leases, licences and renewals.
- Property investment and portfolio management.
- Commercial development and site acquisitions.
- Real estate finance transactions.
- Asset management matters.
- Supporting corporate transactions involving commercial property.
- Advising clients on all aspects of commercial real estate with a practical and commercial approach.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and support staff.
- Playing an active role in business development and networking.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 6+ years’ PQE (applications from candidates with slightly more or less experience are welcomed).
- Strong technical knowledge across all areas of commercial property.
- Experience managing complex transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Experience supervising junior lawyers is desirable.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
