A highly regarded West End law firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its established and growing Employment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a diverse client base that includes businesses, senior executives, creative professionals and high-net-worth individuals.
The Role
You will work closely with experienced Employment Partners and be involved in a varied caseload, including:
- Employment Tribunal litigation.
- Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
- Day-to-day HR and employment advisory work.
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
- Advising on executive exits and restrictive covenants.
- Supporting the corporate team on the employment aspects of business acquisitions, disposals and TUPE matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.
About You
We’re keen to speak with solicitors who have:
- 2+ years’ PQE in Employment Law.
- Experience advising employer clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A commercial, pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- A genuine interest in developing their career within a collaborative, high-performing team.
