Reside manages a diverse portfolio of affordable, intermediate and market-rent homes and is entering a significant period of expansion and transformation. The role
- Manage a broad caseload of housing litigation and advisory matters
- Represent the organisation in court hearings
- Advise stakeholders on housing management issues
- Draft and review tenancy agreements
- Support a paralegal and contribute to the wider legal function

About you
- 2+ years’ PQE in housing law
- Confidence managing your own caseload independently
- Advocacy experience, or an interest in developing this further
- A pragmatic and commercially aware approach
- Experience handling landlord and tenant matters including arrears, ASB and disrepair
