The Role:
The Client Data Associate will support the daily Transaction Reporting processes, assist with the Transaction Reporting reconciliation, creation and maintenance of Assets and review of exception reports to maintain and update all related static data.
The Client Data Associate will assist with Transaction Reporting reconciliation, set up new assets, and review and update as required, and review and maintain of all Transaction Reporting and Asset Maintenance static data.
Maintain the asset file with up-to-date prices and any other static data amendments for Operational departments. Monitor and amend daily price feeds from Bloomberg.
Undertake regular and periodic exception reports to analyse and update static data. Liaise with other business areas to ensure prices are updated as required for month-end & quarter end report packs.
The Client Data Associate will actively contribute to the enhancement of procedures, processes, and ad hoc projects across the Client Services and Operations department.
The Candidate
Understanding of Investment Management Operations , Asset Reconciliations or Client Static Data within Asset Management / Investment Management
Transaction reporting exposure would be helpful
Proficient in Excel- essential
Proficient with requisite internal systems within Financial Services.
