Regulatory Affairs Manager

We are working with a Significant European Insurance firm that is rapidly expanding it’s enterprise, and who are looking for an experienced Regulatory Relations Manager to join their team on an 18 month FTC. The role will be supporting the Group Head of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs with the management of regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development, implementation and reporting regarding the strategies to ensure that the Group has a proactive, constructive and productive relationship with all relevant supervisors and regulators.
• Contribute to the implementation of processes and controls developed to maintain a proactive, constructive and productive relationship withs supervisors.
• Manage and maintain tools for monitoring and awareness of activity across the different supervisors as well as track commitments given in response to supervisors’ requests and feedback.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience working in regulation within the life insurance industry.
• Experience with PRA regulatory regime and BMA Regime.
• Hands on knowledge of building up processes, implementing new controls, and working cross-functionally to support new initiatives.

This is an Fixed Term Contract based in London, and the firm are looking to hire immediately.
