Are you an experienced Deputy Manager, Care Manager, Field Care Supervisor or an ambitious Care Coordinator ready for your next leadership role?
We’re recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, family-run domiciliary care provider for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a busy, high-performing homecare service.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Leading and supporting a team of approximately 30 care professionals
✅ Ensuring exceptional person-centred care delivery
✅ Managing care plans, risk assessments and quality audits
✅ Supporting CQC compliance and safeguarding standards
✅ Coaching, mentoring and developing care staff
✅ Participating in a paid on-call rota
What we’re looking for:
✔ 2+ years’ management experience in Health & Social Care
✔ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
✔ Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding
✔ Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
