EHC Coordinator (EHCCo) – Contract | Fully Remote

We are seeking experienced EHC Coordinators to support a Local Authorities SEND Team.

Contract: 3-month rolling (potential extension)

Location: Fully remote

⏱ Hours: Full-time

Rates: £307.64 umbrella per day (£235 PAYE per day)

✅ Requirements

• 12+ months in a similar Local Authority EHCP role
• Experience managing 250+ caseloads
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation & statutory processes
• Experience with:
• Tribunals & preparing packs
• 20-week assessments
• Annual reviews

Role

• Manage the full EHCP lifecycle
• Meet statutory deadlines & maintain compliant casework
• Produce high-quality, outcome-focused EHCPs
• Act as key contact for families & professionals
