Oracle Cloud Payroll/Compensation Consultant

About the Role

Are you a hands-on Oracle Cloud Payroll & Compensation Specialist looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations, optimizations, and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules—with a heavy focus on Payroll and Workforce Compensation

.In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and HR/Payroll teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions

.Key Responsibiliti

• esDesign & Implementation: Lead full-lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Workforce Compensatio
• n.Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops to capture business processes, configuration requirements, and local payroll compliance rule
• s.System Configuration: Configure elements, fast formulas, balance definitions, payroll flows, compensation plans, eligibility profiles, and cycle
• s.Testing & Support: Prepare test scripts, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support parallel payroll runs, and resolve go-live issue
• s.Integration & Reporting: Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (e.g., time & labor, general ledger, third-party benefits) and custom OTBI/BI Publisher report
• s.Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to HR Operations, Payroll Directors, and business leader
