The role
As a Senior Family Solicitor in Dundee, you’ll deliver quality legal advice across the full spectrum of family law, working to agreed fee-earning targets. Day to day, this includes:
- Handling a broad and varied family law caseload
- Keeping on top of time recording and resource management
- Building and maintaining client and referral relationships to generate business
- Providing sound, practical advice to clients
- Delegating and supervising work within your team
- Balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality under pressure
About you
This role would suit a Senior Solicitor who:
- Has solid experience across family law matters
- Brings well-developed organisational skills and a methodical approach to time recording
- Has a track record of growing client and referral relationships
- Collaborates well and stays composed under pressure
- Takes a commercial, efficiency-minded approach to their work
- Is comfortable delegating to and supervising junior colleagues
