Commercial Real Estate Associate (2 PQE+)

A highly regarded UK law firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Associate (2 PQE+) to join its growing London team.
The team advises a broad range of domestic and international clients, including institutional investors, private property companies, family offices, overseas investors, developers, hospitality businesses, and fast-growth technology companies. The practice is particularly active in the London commercial real estate market and is known for handling complex, high-value transactions.
The Role
Working closely with experienced partners, you will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Investment acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Asset management
- Commercial leasing
- Development projects
- Supporting occupiers with their real estate strategies
- Real estate support on wider corporate transactions, where required
You’ll also have the opportunity to become involved in business development initiatives and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
You will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate
- Have experience gained within a recognised commercial real estate practice
- Be confident advising on high-value commercial property transactions
- Ideally have exposure to investment work within the London real estate market
- Possess strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- Be commercially minded, proactive and keen to take ownership of your work
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a supportive, high-performing team
Experience providing real estate support on corporate transactions would be advantageous but is not essential.
