Contentious Probate Senior Associate / Legal Director – Colchester – Up to £82,000 + Benefits

Our client is an established and long-standing full-service law firm that is consistently ranked highly across its practice areas throughout legal directories. The firm has also won various awards for its commitment to its local community and service to its clients.

The firm’s award-winning Will’s Trust and Probate team ranked in the Legal 500 is recruiting a senior-level Contentious Probate Solicitor to work alongside existing partners and advise a vast number of Hertfordshire clients as well as HNWI in London and across the UK.

The successful candidate will bring the expertise to manage a varied and high-quality caseload of inheritance, trust and estate disputes.

The Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years PQE as a Contentious Probate Solicitor
  • Member of ACTAPS – Not Essential but advantageous
  • A good understanding of the Inheritance Act
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
