Hotel & Rail Travel Consultant, Bradford

No experience in travel required, just bring your customer service skills, and we’ll handle the training. This is your boarding pass into one of the world’s most exciting industries.

What you’ll do

Answer calls and emails from clients, helping them book hotels and rail travel and get the most out of our booking tools. You’ll be part of a close-knit crew supporting one of our biggest clients.

What’s in your kit bag

Some customer service experience ( over the phone and on email)

A genuine interest in travel, an NVQ Level 3 or higher in Travel & Tourism is a nice-to-have, but not essential

A team player who stays calm under pressure

Comfortable in Microsoft Office

Flight details

Office-based in Bradford, near Bradford Interchange station

Shift pattern: 4 days a week, either Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat

Full training provided

Subject to a DBS check and right to work in the UK

What to expect from the recruitment process

  • Every hire starts with a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, if your profile is selected you will be contacted by phone or email (please check your spam folder);
  • Then, if you are progressing, we will invite you to an assessment day.
  • On the day, you will be doing a individual interview, an individual exercise and a group exercise.

Wherever possible we will provide you with feedback, however we are a small team and often we won’t be able to do so until after we fill the vacancy.
