Key Responsibilities
– Managing and motivating a large Bodyshop team across all departments
– Ensuring efficient workflow and high‑quality repair standards
– Managing budgets, productivity, and KPI performance
– Acting as the main point of contact for insurance companies and work providers
– Ensuring compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations
– Continually improving processes to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
About You
– Proven experience managing a large accident repair Bodyshop
– Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
– Confident working with insurers and external partners
– Results‑driven, with a focus on quality and customer service
– Able to manage high workloads in a fast-paced environment
