Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for your next career move?
We’re looking for a talented and client-focused solicitor to join our established Private Client team in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive, progressive firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, providing clear, practical advice while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Your caseload will include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Trusts and trust administration
- Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential)
- Inheritance Tax and succession planning
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✔ Previous experience working within Private Client law (essential)
✔ Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
✔ The ability to manage your own caseload independently
✔ Excellent client care and communication skills
✔ Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
✔ A proactive and professional approach with excellent organisational skills
✔ The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
