Team Leader, UK Quality Confirmation Centre (QCC) entry level supervisor

· Location: OEM Site in Solihull/Fulltime onsite/ Permanent

. Reporting to: Senior Shift Leader (On-shift)

· Shifts: 3 Shift Rotation

. Pay rate: £13.50ph-£14.50ph

The UK QCC Team Leader (TL) will support to ensure customer containment and rework activities are successfully delivered on-time and at the right cost and quality ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded at all times. He / She will also be required to support achievement of Customer Key Project Indicators (KPI’s

).The TL will be based on site at the Customers main manufacturing facility, but maybe required from time to time to work off-site at our satellite operations facilitie

s.The TL will supervise a team of Quality Inspectors plus from time to time there may be additional ad-hoc roles such as Mechanics, Electricians necessary. The TL will support to ensure all team members are adequately trained and are provided with all necessary PPE, tools to perform their duties to the best of their ability.

For you to be successful in this position you will be responsible for the below, but not limited to:

ent.- Supervise a team of Quality Inspectors and any other ad-hoc ro

les.- Support to ensure successful coordination, organisation and execution of quality containment and rework projects to protect the OEM’s production. Ensuring only OK parts are passed to or accepted on-line ensuring no disruption is caused to the customers production or build pl

ans.- Ensuring current and new employees are trained to applicable quality inspection and rework standards including the use of and application of eQCC (Formel D’s Electronic Data Management System, Training provi

ded)- Conduct random checks and audits to ensure process adherence and to ensure compliance with inspection results and quality standards. Setting the standard for the team to follow the standard operating procedu
