Senior Conveyancer

We are expanding and are currently seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join our new Solihull office

The Role

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters
• Handling transactions from instruction to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and office growth
• Working with a high degree of independence

About You

• Minimum 3+ years’ in conveyancing
• Strong technical and client-care skills
• Able to manage files independently
• Ideally with an existing client following
• Commercially minded and proactive
• Polish language skills preferred
