ROLE – Project Manager
COMPANY – A nationally recognised building contractor with a network off offices across the UK. They operate across multiple sectors within the public sector including healthcare, education, leisure and custodial sectors.
PROJECT – An upcoming circa £30m prison scheme for the MOJ in Hampshire which will start on site in early 2027 and complete in 2029
RESPONSIBILITIES – As the Project Manager you will be the lead on the project delivering the scheme thorough the final stages of pre-construction onto site in early 2027. Once on site you would head up a team of Site Managers and act as the main client interface. You would have the support of a commercial team, planner and design manager. Ultimately you are responsible for the delivery of the project ensuring the scheme sticks to programme, design, quality and H&S deliverables.
