Senior Legal Counsel | Coventry
This is an in-house legal role with broad scope across the UK for a well-established multinational business. You’ll join a global legal team and take on commercial contracts, competition law, litigation, compliance training, and policy work, with real influence over how commercial risk is managed across the region. The role involves regular travel across the UK and occasional trips elsewhere in Europe, with a flexible hybrid working model.
The role:
→ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including construction-type agreements and distribution and channel terms.
→ Build and maintain contract templates.
→ Identify legal and regulatory risk, and shape policies to manage it.
→ Manage claims and litigation.
→ Deliver legal compliance training across the business.
→ Support Legal Management with wider ad hoc legal work.
What you’ll need:
→ Fully qualified lawyer.
→ Fluent in English, written and verbal.
→ In-house legal experience gained within an international company.
