Litigation Lawyer

About the job:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Litigation Lawyer to support our client during an exciting period of transformation, with a particular focus on product litigation, product safety and liability matters.

Key Details:

• Location/Office Attendance: Predominantly remote with occasional attendance at the Bristol office, particularly during onboarding. Candidates do not need to be Bristol-based.
• Working Pattern: 4 days per week, ideally Monday to Thursday.
• Duration: 12 months
• Start Date: Ideally 1 October, with the possibility of an earlier September start.
• Equipment: A laptop will be provided.
• Pay: Day rate will be set by the candidate

Key responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters with limited supervision.
• Support product safety and liability work.
• Gather information from stakeholders across the business.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice.
• Take ownership of matters and work independently.

Experience:

• Strong litigation experience.
• Product litigation, product safety or liability experience preferred.
• Broader commercial litigation backgrounds considered.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Pragmatic, adaptable and comfortable working autonomously.
