A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an NQ-2 PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join one of the North West’s leading commercial property teams at a Top 50 UK law firm.
This highly regarded Legal 500 team advises an outstanding client base, including national developers, investors, public sector bodies, universities and household-name businesses. You’ll work alongside recognised partners on a varied mix of high-quality matters, while being given the responsibility to run your own files from an early stage.
The work is broad and includes development and regeneration, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, asset management, investment transactions, corporate real estate support and real estate due diligence.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to accelerate their career within a collaborative team that genuinely invests in training, mentoring and progression. You’ll have regular client contact, exposure to complex, high-value transactions and the opportunity to get involved in business development as your career develops.
The ideal candidate will have:
- NQ-2 years’ PQE with commercial real estate experience gained during training or post qualification
- Strong technical and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and excellent communication skills
- The ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
