- Writing, editing, and finalising proposal submissions to agreed timescales, escalating risks where necessary.
- Integrating contributions from sales, marketing, product, finance, legal, commercial, and operational teams into cohesive and persuasive responses.
- Coaching contributors on bid-writing best practice and quality standards.
- Maintaining and enhancing the bid content library by submitting new and updated material for future use.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of bid templates, processes, and content standards.

- Experience supporting complex and/or high-value bid submissions.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt style and messaging for different audiences.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working within deadline-driven environments.
- Confidence using digital tools, including AI-enabled technologies, to improve efficiency and content quality.
Desirable Experience
The following would be advantageous but is not essential:
- Experience within pensions administration, financial services, professional services, or other regulated sectors.
- Exposure to formal bid governance and review processes.
- Experience managing or contributing to bid knowledge libraries and content repositories.
