Operations Manager – Sheffield – Competitive Salary
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be supporting a rapidly growing e-commerce and retail business in Sheffield that is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team.
As Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day operations, holding complete budget and P&L control across the business. Leading a small team, you will be hands-on across stock, logistics and warehouse operations while driving the commercial performance of the business as a whole.
The business has recently moved into a brand new site, supporting their ambitious growth plans, and this is a great time to join. The role will suit someone from an SME or owner-managed background who is comfortable operating with real autonomy.

The Role
- Take full ownership of budget control and P&L for the business
- Manage day-to-day operations across warehouse, stock and logistics
- Lead, motivate and manage the team
- Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Oversee stock management and warehouse efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies
- Report directly to the owner on business performance
The Person
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager or Business Manager within a small business environment
- Experience within e-commerce, warehouse or similar retail operations essential
- Proven track record of holding full budget or P&L responsibility
