I’m working with a long‑standing North West practice that’s looking to add an experienced Family Solicitor with Children Panel Accreditation to their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants high‑quality work, a supportive environment, and a role where advocacy is a key part of the job.
The Role
You’ll handle a caseload focused on child care matters, guardianship work, and legal aid files, with the chance to take on privately funded cases too. Advocacy experience is essential, as this is a Solicitor/Advocate position.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years PQE
- Children Panel Membership (essential)
- Strong guardianship and childcare experience
- Confident advocate
- Solid understanding of legal aid
- Commercially aware with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Resilient, empathetic, and comfortable supporting vulnerable clients
