Associate / Legal Executive – Real Estate

A leading UK law firm is looking to appoint an Associate or Legal Executive to join its highly regarded and rapidly growing Real Estate team in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the region’s strongest Real Estate practices, working alongside recognised partners and advising an impressive portfolio of regional and national clients. The Opportunity
You’ll work with an experienced team advising an established client base that includes leading developers, investors, public sector bodies, universities and major businesses across the health and education sectors.
The role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to work on both regional and national matters, with responsibility increasing as your experience develops. You’ll be encouraged to manage your own transactions while receiving excellent supervision, mentoring and structured career development.
The Work
You’ll advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Development and regeneration projects
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Asset management
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Investment transactions
- Corporate real estate support
- Due diligence for corporate acquisitions
About You
You’ll be:
- A Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 2 years’ PQE, or a Legal Executive with at least one year’s real estate experience
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and organised, with excellent time management skills
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Keen to develop your career within a collaborative team
- Interested in networking and business development as part of your long-term progression
