Asset Manager

Nationwide | Hybrid | UK Travel Required

£65,000–£70,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asset Manager to join a growing Technical Solutions business supporting a nationwide portfolio of FM contracts.

This is a newly created role offering plenty of autonomy, working across multiple client sites to manage asset data, lifecycle planning and contract mobilisation activities.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining asset registers across multiple contracts
• Producing lifecycle plans, condition surveys and performance reports
• Supporting new contract mobilisations
• Managing asset verification and compliance projects
• Working with CAFM/EAM systems, including IBM Maximo
• Building strong relationships with operational teams and clients nationwide
• What We’re Looking For
• Mechanical or Electrical qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred)
• Experience within Hard FM, Building Services or Technical Asset Management
• Strong understanding of PPM and asset lifecycle management
• Experience with CAFM/EAM systems (IBM Maximo highly desirable)
• Experience supporting mobilisations or technical projects
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
