I am currently working with a public sector organisation, looking for an Estates Surveyor on an initial 6 month interim basis – with potential to extend.
About the role
- 2 days on site/in office, 3 from home
- General practice work, ie. rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant work
- Working across a varied investment and commercial portfolio
About you
- Experience across a public sector organisation
- Experience across multiple portfolios, ideally commercial
- RICS preferable but not essential
