We are representing a medical device company specialising in robotic-assisted surgical technology for urology, on a search for a Medical Education & Events Programs Coordinator to join their Medical Education team across EMEA.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a device, pharma, or biotech background who wants to help transform patient care while building a career in medical education/marketing. You’ll play a critical role in organizing and executing peer-to-peer educational programs that help educate urologists on the benefits of an innovative surgical robotics therapy — including engaging with clinical papers and working directly with physicians to help shape and refine their presentations.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with a growing network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the region to create, schedule, and deliver medical education programs. You’ll join a wider UK team of around 50 people, reporting to the Director, Medical Education.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the logistics behind the medical education program calendar
  • Engage with clinical papers and liaise with physicians to help develop presentation content
  • Support inventory management and maintenance of demonstration equipment
  • Maintain and monitor the programs calendar, tracking event registrations
  • Partner with the KOL network to keep a recurring schedule of peer-to-peer programs running smoothly
  • Help monitor and report on program effectiveness
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Global Commercial Learning & Development, Legal, and Regulatory
  • Track KOL activity and manage invoicing for educational programs
  • Maintain compliance with the company’s Quality Management System, and uphold Quality & EHS Policies

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 1–2+ years of experience in marketing/program coordination within device, pharma, or biotech
  • Sales experience advantageous
  • Strong project management skills — comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with physicians and KOLs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with marketing tools (CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management)
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into decisions
  • Sharp attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work
