Family Solicitor (Panel Accredited)

Service Care Legal are working with a well-respected East London law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its busy Legal Aid Family team. You’ll manage a caseload of domestic abuse and private family law matters, providing expert advice and representation to vulnerable clients from initial instruction through to conclusion.

Please note that this position is an in-office position.

The Role

• Handle Legal Aid family matters with a focus on domestic violence and injunction proceedings.
• Represent clients in court and provide high-quality legal advice.
• Deliver excellent client care while managing a busy caseload.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with proven Legal Aid Family experience.
• Children Panel Accreditation is essential.
• Strong experience handling domestic abuse matters, including non-molestation and occupation orders.
• Excellent advocacy, communication and client care skills.
