Here at ISS as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit Technically proficient Building/Property Asset Compliance Leads to join our flagship Government Account.

Working within the Account’s dedicated Asset Management team you will take ownership of your local region when it comes to MEP Asset Compliance across client buildings.

This is largely a deskbased role, very much around using digital tools while working with Data and various Engineering teams to best understand MEP Asset status, only if Asset status cannot be determined remotely would this role go to site, therefore it is more of a Strategic position, best suiting an Engineering qualified FM professional with strong understanding of Assets.

Actions will include:

  • Conduct property risk, condition, compliance, and resilience assessments across the estate using approved surveying methodologies, digital inspection tools, and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Identify, evaluate, and document risks relating to building fabric, MEP, statutory compliance, fire safety, structural integrity, environmental performance, operational resilience, and business continuity.
  • Ensure all risk assessment outputs, supporting evidence, and survey records are complete, accurate, traceable, and maintained in accordance with organisational standards.
  • Verify the condition, suitability, accessibility, compliance status, and operational impact of property assets and building elements. Identify emerging, latent, deteriorating, or unmanaged risks that could affect safety, compliance, service delivery, asset value, or lifecycle performance.
  • Assess asset condition, criticality, and risk exposure to support investment planning, lifecycle forecasting, and strategic maintenance decision-making.

We need from you:

  • Ideally an Engineering background, strong understanding of MEP Assets, good ability with Data and strong stakeholder engagement skills
