About the Company
This leading consumer led business now has an opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join and work closely with the business on a wide range of employment law matters.
About the Role
As a highly people focussed business in every possible way, the position is varied and will include responsibility for general employment legal matters, support for HR, advice on policies and procedures, TUPE, grievance and disciplinary matters as well as drafting and implementing appropriate precedents in relation to contracts.
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer to join a leading business in a varied in-house employment law position.
Broad employment experience is key, with any in-house experience being highly regarded. You will need to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and the ability to develop strong and effective working relationships across a business. You will have the opportunity to work with people across the business and as a result, strong interpersonal skills will work well in this position.
