Job Description:

A forward-thinking architecture studio in London is looking for a Project Architect to join its Commercial team. This is an ideal opportunity for an Architect who wants to take ownership of significant projects, work directly with ambitious clients and be part of a studio where progression is based on ability, not simply time served. • Coordinate project programmes, resources and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Resolve technical and design challenges while maintaining project quality and commercial objectives.
  • Support and mentor junior team members across project teams.
  • Contribute to design reviews, project strategy and studio initiatives.
  • Play an active role in maintaining a collaborative, innovative and high-performing studio culture.

  • Confident leading projects through multiple RIBA stages.
  • Strong technical knowledge and project delivery experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and experience working within BIM environments.
  • Experience managing consultants, stakeholders and project teams.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities.

  • Hybrid working and flexible start and finish times.
  • Annual bonus scheme.
  • Private healthcare and wellbeing allowance.
  • Additional paid leave between Christmas and New Year.
  • Enhanced pension contributions.
  • Fully paid ARB and RIBA memberships.
  • Clear progression pathway towards Senior Architect and Associate level.
  • Annual training budget and dedicated CPD programme.
  • Quarterly team events and annual company retreat.
  • Modern central London studio with roof terrace, wellness spaces and excellent transport links.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity policies.
  • Cycle to Work scheme and season ticket loan.
