You’ll advise a diverse portfolio of clients across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medtech, healthcare, and investor communities, delivering strategic insight across areas including:
- Commercial strategy
- Growth strategy & market expansion
- Market entry and launch strategy
- Commercial due diligence
- Pricing, market access & value strategy
- Portfolio and pipeline optimisation
- Product & brand strategy
- Corporate strategy, transactions & M&A
As a Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering client engagements while leading project teams, developing junior consultants, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice across Europe.
We’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, with exposure to life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medtech, or related sectors
- An advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MD or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential for candidates with strong consulting experience
- A collaborative, commercially minded individual who enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues in a hybrid environment
- Experience delivering strategic engagements such as commercial strategy, due diligence, market entry, growth strategy, pricing & access, or other analytically rigorous, data-driven projects
- Strong problem-solving, quantitative analysis and stakeholder management skills
