Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation across the South West

This is an ideal role for a newly qualified solicitor looking to build their career within a supportive and collaborative residential property team. You will benefit from high-quality supervision, genuine career progression, and exposure to a varied caseload

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Re-mortgages
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • First-time buyer transactions

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers on more complex matters as your experience develops

About You

To be considered, you will have:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ-4 years PQE)
  • Completed a seat in Residential Conveyancing during your training contract
  • A solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive approach and desire to develop your career within a successful property team
