About the Role
This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of a high-performing team, working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Operational and change management – Champion technology adoption, process improvement and governance across departmental operations.
- Financial performance oversight – Partner with finance stakeholders to monitor departmental profitability, billing performance and budget planning.
- People strategy leadership – Drive workforce planning, wellbeing and engagement initiatives to ensure the department is well resourced and supported.
- Lateral hiring and integration – Support senior recruitment processes and oversee the successful integration of new partner and director hires.
- Business development support – Work alongside leadership to track client relationships, feedback programmes and departmental strategy execution.
