Commercial Litigation Solicitor (3–5 PQE)

Due to continued growth within its Dispute Resolution team, our client is seeking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to play a key role in the next phase of the department’s development.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team handling a broad range of high-quality commercial litigation matters. Working alongside experienced senior lawyers, you will gain significant responsibility from the outset while benefiting from excellent support and genuine opportunities for career progression.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of general commercial litigation matters, acting for a diverse client base across a range of commercial disputes. You will work with a high degree of autonomy while also collaborating closely with senior colleagues on more complex matters, providing an excellent platform to further develop your technical expertise and commercial awareness.

As part of a growing department, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen existing client relationships.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation.
  • Experience handling a broad range of general commercial litigation matters.
  • Strong organisational and case management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent drafting skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team.
  • An interest in business development and helping grow the department.
