We are working with a leading law firm based across the UK for an Associate to join their Employment team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a growing Employment team advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The team acts for healthcare providers, commissioners, regulators, policy makers and third sector organisations, delivering strategic employment law advice on complex and high-profile workplace issues.
The role involves advising on day-to-day employment matters, employment tribunal litigation, workplace disputes, reorganisations, redundancies and healthcare-specific employment issues. The successful candidate will also manage employment tribunal cases from inception to conclusion.
Essential Criteria:
- 1-4 years’ PQE;
- Employment law background;
- Technically excellent;
- Ability to work in a busy environment;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team;
- Proactive attitude.
