Head of Colleges | Further Education Senior Leader

We’re recruiting a Head of Colleges for a leading provider of specialist care and education, delivering life-changing outcomes for children, young people, and adults across England and Wales. This is a rare opportunity to join the Education Senior Leadership Team and lead a growing group of six specialist college sites.
The Role
As Head of Colleges, you’ll drive quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across the college group, working closely with the Divisional Director and wider Executive Team to ensure a seamless learner journey from school through to further education.
You’ll be responsible for:
Strategic Leadership — developing an ambitious vision for college provision and shaping organisational strategy as part of the Education SLT
Quality & Improvement — driving excellence in teaching, learning and assessment; leading self-assessment and improvement planning; ensuring outstanding Ofsted readiness
Leadership & Culture — inspiring and developing College Principals, building leadership capacity and succession planning across the group
