People Partner: Employee Relations (Scotland)

SGN is seeking a proactive People Partner to foster a positive ER climate, advising managers, boosting engagement and performance. You will lead ER cases, deliver training, and support strategic People projects, partnering with teams across Scotland, especially Edinburgh and Dundee.

You will contribute to compliance, coaching, and data reporting, with responsibilities spanning multi-site operations and close collaboration with Trade Unions.
