Energy Proposals Leader: Build Winning Bids

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Head of Proposals to lead a team of bid professionals in producing high-quality proposals for client opportunities across the UK. The role reports to the MD Energy UK&I and requires UK-wide travel, with a focus on scaling a winning bid function.

You will drive bidding strategies, resource planning, and governance, while developing the capabilities of the proposals team and collaborating closely with capture, BD, and operations to deliver best-fit solutions.
