Hydrogen Group in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Head of Product Management Advisory to lead the development of product management capability across a large-scale transformation programme for a major UK bank.

Reporting to senior business and technology leaders, you will drive product management maturity, embed modern practices, and shape a customer-centric operating model across a regulated, complex organisation. Hybrid working with partly Edinburgh-based and remote days is offered.
