Marsden, a leading UK professional services firm, seeks a Senior Commercial Counsel for a 12-month FTC in a hybrid role from London or regional offices. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will handle broad commercial, corporate, IP and privacy matters and liaise with senior stakeholders.

You should have 7+ years PQE with a strong track record in commercial contracts and related advisory work in corporate/IP/privacy. Hybrid/flexible working is available.
