Remote Area Shift Coordinator – Children’s Care Staffing

Cpl UK is seeking an Area / Shift Coordinator for Children’s Care Staffing in Somerset. The role is fully remote with occasional local travel, and you will coordinate shifts, manage recruitment, and ensure safeguarding and compliance.

You will act as main liaison between care providers and support workers, participate in on-call rota, and support workforce planning across the local area. Salary £25,000-£27,000; full-time hours; right to work in the UK required.
