HSE & Compliance Leader (Multi-Site)

Wave Active invites applications for a senior Health, Safety and Governance lead to develop and oversee its health, safety and environmental compliance framework across multiple sites within East Sussex. You will drive a positive safety culture and deliver assurance to the SLT and Board.

You will act as the organisation’s Data Protection Officer, manage GDPR compliance, environmental monitoring and risk reporting, and support audits and continuous improvement across all compliance systems.
