Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Observability Leader

MiQ is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to own the health of Sigma, its enterprise observability platform. You will design monitoring, alerting, and synthetic checks across services and infrastructure, partnering with product engineering to drive issues to resolution.

You’ll work hands-on with Grafana-based stacks and AWS/Kubernetes (EKS), defining SLIs/SLOs, building dashboards and runbooks, and strengthening incident response, including on‑call readiness.
